Alpha Day Nursery

"My son has been in the preschool for 6 months now and he absolutely loves it. The staff are so warm and welcoming. They keep parents / carers updated on progress and any issues, delivering information without judgement (not something I’ve always experienced elsewhere). We recently had a second baby and the staff were so good at taking extra care of my son during this difficult period, making sure he was ok. All of the staff know the children so well - so it’s not just his key worker that is able to update us. When he is off ill, the staff call to see how he is doing. Highly recommend!"

"A staff member at the toddler room was so rude to me. She was always so judgemental and disrespectful. It put me off from working as an apprentice. What is wrong with nurseries as a whole? Why can't female staff members be helpful and support other women out, instead of treating them horribly? I have zero respect for that 1 staff member at the toddler room. It was not worth being miserable for a soild year. It was bad enough I had to put up with being disrespected and treated horribly at another nursery, called Elgin Nursery with a toxic deputy manager, who I also have zero respect for. I am overall done with working nurseries. DONE. It was just a flatout horrible experience."
