"I went to ask for information about the school the person in the office was very unhelpful and made me feel like I was bothering her. I asked her the name and she said with an arrogant tone she was Priya! The office manager! I feel quite disappointed as a week before I went for a nursery tour and the person doing the tour was very nice and helpful, she even offered to try to organise a tour for the school. However this office manager said I need to keep checking the website for tours as no one can organise tours and actually the person who offered the tour is not in charge ! What really bothers me was her lack of customer services and her arrogance. I wonder if she treats the parents like that how is she treating the children? Also I hope this is only one person's behaviour and not all the staff members are like that. After this incident I am not sure if I want my children to be in this kind of environment."
