Topsy Turvy Day Nursery and Pre-School

"This nursery is absolutely brilliant! As a first time parent you are nervous about leaving your precious little one for the first time with effectively strangers for pretty much a whole day. After doing the tour of all of the nurseries I was undecided until I got to this location. I took my son out of his buggy to gauge what he felt about the place. To my surprise and unlike the other locations we’d visit before, my son toddled over to some of the older children who were eating. The little boy shuffled over and let my son share his food. Then my son played all of the other children. From that moment, I knew this was the place for him!! Throughout the time my son attended, I would observe all of the staff hugging, cuddling, always down at the child’s level and carrying the children around in a manner I can only describe as them lovingly looking after each child like they were their own. The staff couldn’t do enough to help make your life as a parent easier (especially as a commuter)! I had to withdraw my son after just a year following a change in jobs. It was so heart wrenching I cried. I have forever compared this nursery to every subsequent establishment my son has attended and only one other compares. Your child will be in safe hands!"

"We have already emailed them early saying that I drop out of school, my daughter doesn’t like to go there come back there and send nightmares, and she’s in a bad mood every day. They reply email is very slowly but only use email let them know, and the date of drop out was delayed lead to be paid more than 200 pounds. My daughter is not happy when she comes back there, she also scared to go there I can't bear to force her to go This is my unhappy experience over there"

"I joined the nursery in June 2018 to work as an administrator and enroled my daughter who at the time was 2 years old. was very difficult as this was the first time placing her in daycare, I have never looked back and can honestly say the staff are exemplary, they care for my daughter in a very caring and nurturing way, my daughter has developed immensely in all aspects and now I struggle to get her out of the door at hometime as she enjoys so much all the activities, exclusive access to the softplay and garden time. I would not hesitate to reccomend this nursery to friends and family"

"My 1 year old son joined this nursery a few weeks ago and has really enjoyed his time so far - I definitely feel I made the right choice having considered lots of other nurseries in the local area. The staff are so attentive, really getting to know each of the children and always go the extra mile to make sure they are happy and well looked after! It is a wonderful nursery!"

"Very bad nursery! I would not recommend this nursery to anyone at all! First of all it is not clean. Very dirty nursery! I took my son for 2 monthes and he had caught chest infection in there. Secondly, I think the food is not good at all as my baby boy stopped to eat food since he went to that nursery. Apart from this, when your baby is sick they never replace those days with other days. This is awful! They just take money to their pockets. That’s it. At first sight they seem so friendly, so nice but when you are enrolled you will see their sincere faces. Thanks God I took my baby to the other nursery as it is so difficult to find a space in the short period. Never ever trust your babies to this nursery!"
