"A lovely wee green space tucked away from the hussle and bustle. I imagine it is gorgeous when the warmer months hit."
"A lovely little place, you go from the hustle and the bustle of Edinburgh to peace and tranquility within a few foot steps. More cities in the UK need little parks and gardens like Edinburgh."
"This surprised me! Perfect example of Edinburgh charm. Walking down the street and just happened to look left and saw an opening into this small peaceful area. Seems like a place that some local residents swing by to catch a little sunshine and read a book. A number of benches, very little green space, but just pleasant gardens. Wouldn’t make a specific out of the way to visit, but worth popping in if walking in the area."
"Top secret place just off the High Street down from Canongate Church. A quiet place away from the bustle. Thee are good views of Panmue House from here it was the home of Adam Smith who is buried in the churchyard"
"A hidden gem in the old part of Edinburgh. When you walk down the Royal Mile to Holyrood Palace, near the Scottish Parliament, there is a Starbucks and just across from there is this wee garden. The best time to visit is from spring to autumn. It gives you a sense of privacy as it is pretty quiet. A nice place to go for a date, read a book or just enjoy a good coffee in peace."
