"5 stars by the kids' ratings-which is what really matters. For myself, it was only 3 stars for the amount of staff around but no-one helping, no one managing the three+ queues that formed at the two stations & the constant noise of the hoover is tremendous. Can't hear what's being said with it on."

"Always had great experiences at this branch however I wanted to give particular praise to Bunny, who served me today. Not only were they personable and kind but they took my partner and I through the heart-giving ceremony in a really welcoming manner; something that stood out is that they ensured the ceremony was accessible in case any customers had disabilities. This was really appreciated as my partner is legally blind - while he may not look it, it was genuinely heartwarming for Bunny to A) not assume we were able bodied and B) ensure the ceremony was accessible regardless of our potential needs. It was great chatting away to them and they made a positive difference to our visit. Not usually one for reviews but they deserve a shout out :)"
