"went for some running shoes - excellent range, loads of sizes available, really helpful and knowledgeable staff that took a great deal of time to help me find the right shoe. They have a running machine/video to check your gait and are very professional about it. Maybe i could have got them cheaper online - but i'd much rather buy in-store - it's worth the money when you need stuff to fit. Can't agree with previous comments about lack of staff - i went on a Friday afternoon and plenty of help available"
"Yesterday afternoon, Sunday, I went to try and find a pair of boots for doing the Camino. The guy who showed me various different boots was super helpful and patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time even though there were lots of other customers. As they were short on Scarpa sizes, he also checked with another store. Presently, I'm still deciding on what to buy but would definitely recommend this store and its staff. Many thanks! Shane"
