"Great for my mental health. We all know how important exercise is and how it helps us feel better, but you have to put the time and effort in. The App and the classes have been great for me as I have really liked the classes. I am really feeling the benefit, especially as the weather is now bad. Plus physically I am also feeling much better. The After Dark rides with Duncan are my favourite to get me out of some pretty low moods. Can't recommend it enough if you want to look after yourself and feel a whole lot better."

"I've seen a few comments about issues with the bikes but I've had a great experience with my Apex since buying it. The bike itself is elegant, works well and provides a smooth ride. The classes are the best bit - with enthusiastic British instructors managing to encourage you to keep riding even when motivation is low! It's become part of my routine and helps me get up for the day by doing a class before work!"

"I have been waiting 14 weeks for my faulty bike to be repaired. Apex have told me the part that’s required is out of stock and tell me week after week they are expecting it to arrive “next week”. For the last 4 weeks I’ve been asking to return the bike for a refund, customer service refuse to acknowledge this request and gloss over it, they just keep repeating themselves about a repair. They ignored my 2 most recent emails until I reported them to Klarna who are now assisting me to get a refund. Also I feel like it worth mentioning that the app itself is pretty rubbish. It’s very glitchy and would sometimes freeze. In summary I would recommend completely avoiding this company. Poor quality bike, useless customer service and substandard app. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE."
