"Rude Customer Service At around 18.50,we asked one of the changing room workers for assistance and she said we should speak to the male worker.She then tried to ask him to help us but he ignored the comment and proceeded to walk away.He then came out of the staff room and I asked him if he was finishing.He then said yes but I then explained it would have been nice to know that instead of him walking away and us waiting around.However worker showed no remorse regarding this situation.This all happened on Friday the 30th of December at around 18.50."

"Worst experience in Cabot Circus Bershka. After having an email saying my order was ready to be collected from the store, when I had arrived it they had lost it. To make things worse, the staff who were clearly uninterested in helping me find my order, sent me outside with a phone number to call to find the order. However, the phone number was only open til 5pm on weekdays and I was going abroad the next day so haven’t been able to contact customer services until I was back. I had no choice but to purchase the item I wanted in store now have been charged twice for just one pair of trousers. Customer services still haven’t responded and it has been over a week. Absolutely appalled with the service and will be going to Zara next time."

"Rude staff 1 one of the man working there kept coming in the changing room I was changing at asking if there was anyone there and fully peeked in luckily I had clothes on and the same man kept rushing people in the changing rooms then when I went to pay it was really stressful especially with the new self checkout I had no clue how to use it and there wasn't any assistance near by it was really chaotic and when the lady came to help she was really rude and shouted at me then the card machine reader wasn't working . I liked the clothes they're really in style but the staff is not it they're disrespectful"

"Went in there today. One worker, whose name i did not manage to get was so rude and disrespectful after I asked for a size of skirt. I asked for a small and a medium due to them being out the back and not at the front of the store. She then insinuated that I would need a large and mimicked with her hands my “width.” I understand recommendations for customers. However, that was out right disrespectful. I never asked for a recommendation neither did I want to be insulted after asking for a size, especially whilst being questioned about my “width” as the lady put. Where’s an email where I can form an actual complaint. The date was Friday 16/12/2022, between the hours of 3-6. She was wearing a red button down shirt and had brown hair, unfortunately I couldnt get her name. I don’t even recommend one star."

"Very rude, unhelpful and unapproachable staff. Need to work on their customer service. Bershka online team were more helpful than the in store staff for a simple exchange of size of an item."
