"Wonderful room, clean and very comfortable. You can walk to the city centre if you like and there are bus stops very close by with at least 3 different buses. Shared bathrooms though but clean. And a kitchen. It was a nice stay. I enjoyed it."

"Good for a short stay. Small rooms but all facilities available. Good to know they provide kitchen to use as you like and all stuffs available to cook. Would specifically appreciate Abbas for being kind enough to help us. Clean washrooms. :-)"

"We stayed in a double room with shared bathroom and kitchen. The place was clean, some of the cupboards were broken. Take some flip flops to use the shower. The breakfast was included in the price of our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the reception works 24/7 so you can check in any time. The only thing I could complain about were the guests who thought they didn't need to clean their plates after eating so the sink was always full of dirty dishes. However, we enjoyed our 2 night stay a lot."

"We booked the whole place for a weekend trip for 42 people and the hosts couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Imran and his family offered to cook dinner for all of us and at our request sorted some breakfast for us too and allowed us full access to the kitchen facilities so we had freedom to do as we pleased. The rooms and kitchen were all clean and tidy and it looked newly decorated, and the location was perfect for us (being a 30 min walk or short drive from the city centre). We couldn't have asked for a better price either. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Very nice place to stay. The host, Imran, is very helpful and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. He is by far the most welcoming host I have ever encountered in any accommodation. The rooms and kitchen are spotlessly clean. Check in is easy and the rooms are nice and quiet. Has all the facilities you need and a lovely smoking area. Would definitely stay there again."
