There were no high-pressure sales tactics used to push more expensive frames when a basic pair was all you wanted and needed, and this is the main reason (along with the friendliness of the staff) that I will be back. 5/5. The pictured glasses cost just £15, including lenses and case; the eye exam itself being free under the NHS."
