"I have been a patient at this medical practice for almost 30 years and have never had any issues with either the doctors, nurses or receptionist. I am pleased to say that, after my first visit to the new surgery at St Leonard’s recently, my opinion is still the same. In fact, if l could rate the facilities higher than 5 stars, then l would! I was much impressed with the airy and non-oppressive atmosphere of the reception area. An enjoyable experience altogether."

"Yeah like the others, had to wait a stupidly long time for appointments, that were often not helpful when they eventually happened. One appointment was cancelled without telling me after I'd turned down working hours to be free for it. The receptionist is now trying to tell me that the message that very clearly says you will probably get a doctors appointment the same, actually means you will probably get a reply from reception the same day."

"Similar to the other reviews, the reception is a joke. Ask my GP is a way of doing less work and seeing less people. They palm you off to the pharmacy for any symptoms even though there's no doctors there, just pharmacists. I was told three weeks for an appointment. The service is a joke. Don't join this surgery, you'll die before you're seen"
