"I took here my son. The examiner was rude, misleading and tried to avoid to answer my questions. I'm not sure if she didn't know about alternative treatments, or she was just neglected to share with us. (Since then we had a consultation with an optometrist who gave us much more information.) The glasses are tilted, it was a problem when we got them, they 'fixed' it. But next day, they were bad again. We went back, they 'fixed' it again. But they became distorted again. I asked what we could do, they said we should just take them back every time when it happens and they'll fix it. Which means we should go in on daily basis."
