"My partner has received exceptional customer service on recent visits. The staff (of which there are plenty) will search the store for her to try to find just what she wants, and they are very friendly and helpful in the changing room area. Last night at the tills she was still undecided which of the items she'd got in her hands she should purchase, and then whether or not it was better to use her NHS discount or the multibuy offer. The young man supervising the tills was extremely patient and helpful (Dec 8th, 2021)."

"This shop is full of clothes. Not easy to get around with a wheelchair or buggy especially when busy. Staff really helpful and they even smile. Changing rooms could do with being bigger, the largest was still a little light for a wheelchair."
