Reviews of Morrisons
"I went early to get some shopping before the shop would get busy. It's probably the quietest I've seen it. Quite a few empty shelves. The usual though, only 2 tills open and was there longer than I wanted to be. The young guy on till was very pleasant. It's a place I used to shop every week but doesn't really appeal to me anymore. Update. Not going back. Staff at Aldi in Erskine are more pleasant and courteous."
"Went to Morrisons Erskine cafe for a quick cuppa and lunch after my shopping and was horrified by my experience. Standing at the till waiting to order young girl kept zooming past me with trays of food saying she shall get to me in “2 ticks”. Eventually someone came to serve me and I was told that the first 2 things I tried to order were not in stock. Ordered a breakfast and sat down. Whilst waiting for my food, I got some cutlery (which was filthy) and sat to people watch. Was disturbed to see that the young lassie was taking out orders, serving people at the till, clearing tables, filling up things like coffee and milk and doing dishes all at once. PAY ATTENTION TO HOW YOU TREAT YOUR STAFF this was ridiculous as I could see this girl getting slightly flustered. After 25 mins of waiting I decided to go to the kitchen to see where my food had gotten to and once again was horrified to see that same lassie who was dealing with customers and another girl who looked not much older doing all of the cooking alone! Eventually I got my breakfast and it was awful. Cold, pink sausage, bacon looked neglected. Will not be returning."
"Ordered breakfast it was awful Dirty cutlery had to clean it under the hot water for coffee/tea No napkins only had blue roll that was being used to clean the tables which I may add I had to clean before sitting down, place wasn't busy. Egg must have been cooked in a tiny egg cup never seen an egg like it. Cold mushrooms and tbh Pink cheap lorne was vile. Won't be ordering breakfast again. Having the screen to order food at the start then having to go find a table and a number before ordering was tiresome then to find someone else sitting on reserved seat?"
"Desperately needing to speak to the store manager regarding a medical issue my dad suffered at the store. No way to call the store directly so I called the customer services number hoping to be transferred. I've called 3 times, each time there's over a 20 minute wait to be connected to an advisor, only to be totally cut off after a few seconds. Please, whoever looks at the reviews, reply to this with a number I can call to discuss this"
"Ordered the fish finger sandwich. It is listed under burgers and I've had it before but was disappointed when it didn't come with chips. I queried it and was told there was no chips with it. If that is true then it is way overpriced. Spoiled my birthday lunch with friends as I usually love going here."
