"A truly dreadful shopping experience and sadly, not my first terrible experience with this company. Items, including several glass bottles so shoddily packed that they were damaged and unusable. Worse, they tried to blame the courier! A courier can only do so much if the parcel is not packed properly in the first place. Customer Services were so uninterested and condescending. I received an insincere scripted email, telling me how dreadful it was that the courier had messed up the delivery. This is the third time in a row that I have had this terrible experience. Would never use this company again. I gave one star because it's not possible to give no stars!"
