"I've had appointments with the GP and blood tests. So far so good, the staff is nice and the building is well maintained. Every time I sent an email they called me back shortly.The only downside is they do not provide any kind of digital services: everything work by phone and even referral letters have to be physically collected as they don't email them. Honestly, they should use emails more."

"Very poor organisation and planning. Called yesterday and was told that there was walk in Covid booster availability. They didn't ask my age. I've now been waiting for two hours in a queue. They just told us that anyone under 30 wouldn't be seen. This is not how to do it. What a disgrace."
"Moved to Leith 2 years ago and this was the first practice i was appointed by the NHS after failing to find any other available ones. It was a blessing in disguise as the staff are efficient, caring and well organized. Receptionists are always respectful and helpful when handling information, in addition to always following up with calls when necessary. I have also seen different nurses when getting dressings reapplied after surgery and found the nurse to be genuinely caring of my post-surgery situation, with a positive attitude which felt uplifting. Any doctors i have seen thus far have been genuinely caring with emphasis on the genuine. They really do sympathise with your situation and i feel i can trust their decisions when advising. When my mental health took a turn for the worst i dreaded speaking to a doctor in fear of what they might say but the doctor i seen offered various types of treatment and support. I didn't feel judged but understood. Thank you to all the staff in the Victoria Medical Practice!"
"After a referral from my GP, I got a letter through the door about two weeks later saying it could take up to 12 weeks to get an appointment for the pain clinic, fine. Fast forward 2 months and I get a voicemail saying my appointment is in two days time and asking me to phone them to confirm the appointment. Apparently a letter was sent to me over a month before the appointment with a time and date. It wasn't. I have a stress and anxiety condition, especially triggered by social situations or being around large groups of people in an unknown environment. I got 2 days warning of an appointment at 9.15 so phoned to see if my appointment could be moved to a quieter time of day, the later the better, all Doctor’s surgeries are mobbed in the morning, and rush hour traffic… eh, no thanks. I also have to add that I phoned the surgery 15 times spread over about 4 hours, it rang off every time apart from try number 15. It appears that they just couldn’t be bothered answering the phone. The rude receptionist made it out like I was asking her to offer her first born child to Satan, even after explaining to her about the stress and anxiety thing. Anyway, I now have to wait another two months to see a Doctor at 4pm because of a clerical error. If the appointment letter arrived when it was supposed to, a new appointment time could have been sorted ages ago. So I have to suffer in pain for another two months. I may be editing this and changing the rating once I finally get to see a Doctor, we’ll see."
