"After 5 hours trying to get through,finally to be told the system is down,to call back again later on…When I asked if they cannot call me back instead as I don’t think I’ll manage to get through again..to be told NO! Go the pharmacist… My son is all covered with an unknown rash all over his body. Is that even normal? Hate that place! Absolutely disgrace that our health is in hands of such unprofessional and lazy staff."

"I find it the riverside practice disappointing after forty times trying to get through for appointment. I was phoning on behalf of my wife who was at the doctors two weeks ago. She was post to get a phone call from the doctors to get her bloods done. It is now coming up to three weeks now. And my wife is still waiting for appointment from a nurse. I find it shocking in this day age on NHS."

"The issue is still not resolved, even serious aspects requiring timely treatment are allowed to book appointment only on the day from 8 till 10. There are only 9 people in total (some of them are part time) who are the call handlers. If you call you will not get through immediately and you should consider yourself lucky to be placed to the queue (their telephone system allows only 30 max people to be on a queue). Once you get on a queue you wait at least 20 to get through that queue. This is my 3rd attempt to book a 15-minutes appointment with GP, and after trying to get through the system I was told that no GP is available. The worst system ever. I feel sorry for wonderful doctors and nurses who work there as their patients have to go through this horrendous admin system to get just a first appointment, not even the treatment itself."

"After weeks of putting off calling the doctors due to the negative reviews and thinking there is no point, I am pleasantly suprised and feel they deserve positive feedback. Called at 8am and spoke to a receptionist in less than 10 minutes who was really polite. I was referred to a nurse practioner who called back within 40 minutes and couldn't have been more helpful and caring. Prescription was ready to pick up a couple of hours later. Maybe I was just lucky on this occasion but was really impressed with the service."

"Horrible! Choose another medical practice. Impossible to get a through for an appointment. When I have reached reception, they advised there are no more appointments, so I should try again tomorrow at 8am. When I pleaded for help because I work at 8am - they advised me to ask a friend to phone on my behalf. However, if we could score for apathy and contempt for patients - they have absolutely earned 5 stars!"
