"If I could leave Zero stars I would. Attitude of both Stephen and the other guy with the High Vis jacket was terrible and rude. Absolutely appalling attitude, unhelpful, and didn't even know what the washer did that I showed him in a picture on the underneath section of a tap that sealed and stopped water dripping down between where the tap thread goes through the bath, he asked me what the washer did?? And then after I had to explain what it did to him they apparently don't sell washers on their own!! I won't ever be returning here and if your a DIYer that relies on the knowledge of staff then avoid this place like the plague!!"
