"Great shop really handy and fair prices"

"Used here before and not too bad although previously went for basic doors and frame no shelves or hanging space. This time we thought as we used before would give it a go so picked walnut shaker doors and black glass panels. Was booked for 7th October so had to pay up front for doors 4 weeks before fitting. Doors and tracking fitted 7th October and straight away I noticed several marks or chips in door frame and some surface scratches on glass so took away doors and said would be 4 weeks for replacement was ok with that as long as was sorted 4 weeks later doors arrived again and were fitted in place fitter was only gone 5 minutes and I noticed that the door on the right side bottom panel was cracked from corner fitter contacted the store who said they would order another one and you guessed it another 4 weeks wait so 4 weeks later we called the shop and said this is last chance if it is not to a satisfactory resolution I would be requesting my full refund, to which JIM said I would have to contact the owner and my husband said no its up to you to contact the owner to which his reply was " I don't like the way you are talking to me SIR" my husband just hung up on him as he was disgusted at the attitude of this individual. Was told later on by the fitter they use when he came back in December to fit the doors and do a bit of remedial work that I had heated exchange with JIM in the shop which was not true as it was him that was very rude and patronising. We were going to be looking for more wardrobes for other bedrooms but that is now not going to be the case as all in it was 3 attempts at this job. Have included the following photos of the doors."
