"Really unhappy with how we were treated as long term, loyal clients. After 2 and a half years, Carrie terminated our cleaning contract due to no longer wishing to cover my local area. She did not adhere to the week notice period agreed at the beginning, so left us in the lurch and totally ignored all attempts to contact her to discuss this. Very unprofessional and disappointing. The standard of cleaning was, for the most part, very good. However, cleaners were often late, unreliable, or unable to clean at the last minute which was stressful and communication was often poor. One of the cleaners told me Carrie pays them late and just asks them to recruit random friends to clean with them on jobs - not very professional, and being told this made me feel very awkward. My two friends in the local area who also used Carrie's services experienced similar issues, often going weeks and weeks without a clean due to poor reliability."
