The agent I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable on the products and was fully able to answer all the questions I had in relation to them. After the call I placed an order for a Kiam pressure hose, and upon receipt found I had ordered the incorrect one. Having realised the mistake was on my part I contacted the company again to discuss the problem with them. Without any hesitation they agreed if I placed a further order they would send the correct part out immediately, and once I return the original item, a full credit would be arranged. The new correct hose arrived the next morning. I was extremely impressed by the professional and customer orientated way this company dealt with my original enquiry and order. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others."
