"Friendly staff, but I must warn anybody not to let them do calculations off the top of their head. Unfortunately I did exactly that when ordering 11 yards square of slip bricks, only to find that they delivered 8. They only charged me for 8 of course but it now means I have to wait another two weeks for another delivery and pay the tiler for an extra day and a half work. I knew at the time the chap had two stabs at the number of bricks I required saying 550 the first time and then 482 at his second guess. I called them today but I don't think my order will get any priority, as the mistake was theirs and not mine."
