"Uneducated bully security guard, violent and assault on public"
"What a clown company. Ran by Liers and bullys, guessing is up all levels. While Westgrove was at our site, we had 5 different business managers that got worse and worse and 3 on site managers, again just got worse and worse and went threw atleast 30 different security guards and cleaners. They mess with peoples pay mess with there shifts and try to mess with there mental health. They make decisions with no fact proof or regard for anything other than ticking there own boxes. As soon as you show them you have knowledge they then resort to bully tactics with no professionalism. Best advice is stay clear of these cowboys and get a job with a real company that looks after there staffxand doesnt treat you like a number."
"Worst company I've ever worked for.Management are unprofessional,inept,arrogant, ignorant and utterly clueless.No Idea of SIA procedures and security staff are given no support whatsoever just total lies and are treated with a unresponsive obnoxious attitude.No training given and talked to like peasants.Cleaning team aren't given appropriate PPE and most aren't aware about COSH.Give this appalling company or should I say House of horrors the widest berth possible......."

"Hi i am in security industry form 2012 i join this westgrove group in July 2017 its vers company every i work for. Never got right pay on 1st place. Need to chazr for long for your hard earning. Management is so poor. Blow the standard compney. So i give up after one year battle in aug 2018 becouse of that pay issue all the time every single month."
