From the start, where Ewan smoothly helped us realign our initial aspiration with our actual budget, we felt our satisfaction was important to the company. When building delays held kitchen installation back by several months, this was accommodated without complaint, although the extended storage of our units must have been inconvenient for Coast. The installation itself was a work of art and undertaken with all the skill that we could have hoped for. And even though the main contractor disturbed the alignment of one cabinet, Coast came back and fixed it without complaint. In summary, Coast has demonstrated a real commitment to delivering customer satisfaction and I would have no reservation at all in recommending them to anyone looking for a new kitchen."
