"I ordered a bed and mattress in April with the promise that they would be delivered within 4-5 weeks. After purchase this was delayed and delivery was made around 2 months later, but the bedframe was damaged and base itself had mismatching colours.. I rejected them as they were faulty. They were replaced about a month later, and when the second delivery attempt was made the mattress was damaged which I had to send back. So 3 months later and I still don't have a bed with a mattress to sleep on. Getting any help from the customer service is hopeless as well since regardless of the time of day you'll be put to a queue of 100 people. The in store service was the only professional side of the whole experience, but the moment you're out and have to start dealing with deliveries and customer services it's complete shambles, and is very far from what is described as 'premium bedshop'. Would not recommend, save your money and energy and go somewhere else.."
