"Complete waste of time. I emailed set up pickup photographed in email with fire certificates. Driver calls on the day to verify items and didn't lift the items and didn't inform me. I got back to the property two days later, to find everything in situ. I called and person said they'd get back to me but claimed perhaps sun damaged sofa.. the fabric is different and the house gets little direct sun ."

"Absolutely waste of time visiting. Shockingly overpriced on everything. For example an old picture painting priced at £250. Are they crazy. It is a print and really bad certainly not an old master. Who is doing the original they should be shot. Staff customer service rated a nil. rude and unwelcoming. Ignored customers when l was in. An old second hand mattress at £180 also shocked me. In this day and age they don't understand their market. Why not sell check get items moved and make money for charity. This us not a unique or antique furniture store it's a SECONDHAND shop. With basic furniture and lots NO one will ever want too old fashioned. Get better staff and price items more realistically. Rather than folk walking out purchasing nothing. Really 0 out of 5."
