"Took my son here for the first time today. I asked for the barber to do a number 2 sides and back and to keep the top long enough to style, the back he has taken up to near enough the top of my sons head, the top isn’t able to be styled what so ever as too short, the ends of his hair are sticking out also, my son left in absolute tears so wasn’t able to say to the guy, my son just wanted to hide and get away! It’s a mess, nothing like what I asked for. Chair wasn’t cleaned from the precious customer before my son sat down, hair all over the floor so looked like it hadn’t been brushed for a while. No hand cleaning in between customers. Won’t be back!"
