"Very friendly. An old fashioned barber who takes his time, chats and knows how to cut hair. I have long hair and have had some poor experiences with young barbers who tend to ignore scissors and use the comb and electric cutters too much. That was not the case with Alan who gave me an excellent haircut. He also offered me 'pensioners rates' but I received an excellent haircut and was happy to pay the full rate. I will return."
