"Whilst in store today we purchased two football shirts and one we had printing done on it we wanted the printed one on a hanger to take home and was refused the hanger we even offered to purchase a hanger but was still refused. So I went to primark that give them away and returned to the West Ham store to collect the printed shirt… on my return the sales guy got really funny when I said it’s a joke that you spend all this money and can’t even get a hanger… he then replied and said it was sent in a email not to give out hangers… when I asked to see proof of this he said it’s not company policy and against GDPR…. Absolutely shocking service and I spend a lot of money in this store every year…!!"
