"I have used Malik for a couple of years now. Best to review this on two levels. Firstly as a barber - he is excellent and has great attention to detail. On only my second visit, I was amazed how much he remembered from my first visit - cut, style, length, gel, etc. I also have a mole (that is concealed when my hair is longer) and he remembered that straight away. He even remembers your football team - which is very important in Glasgow, and not one you would want to mix up :-D I’ve had a few shaves from Malik, but not regularly. All have been excellent and I’m reasonably sure that if you were a regular, Malik would remember every dimple and wrinkle on your face too!!! Secondly as a person. Malik is very friendly, respectful and one of the hardest working people I’ve come across. On many occasions, post pandemic, he has been working the shop alone and he’s still there 7 days a week, every week. I can probably guarantee that anyone who has posted a bad review almost certainly hasn’t had their hair cut by Malik. I suppose one of the problems when you have your own business, is trying to find staff to be as good as you, and to care as much. Unfortunately, Malik will always have difficulty trying to find someone as good as him. Highly recommend."

"2018 Review. First I ever went to this shop the other employee was a unattentive jerk who didnt even clean the hair off my face and back saying ilI could go home and do it myself. Next time Malik was there and he told me hes the owner and I informed him of the employee to which he brushed it off. Malik the owner did s much better cut and cleaned me up. He actually cared for me a bit. Still I cut was rushed and a bit too short. Anyways went a few more times and that was it. Mixed bag Maliks Barbers is what im trying to say. Hard to relax at such a place."
