"The barber was super impatient when I told him to trim a little more from the sides. There maybe some miscommunication between the barber and I, but that's not the excuse for his truly unprofessional behavior. The hair on the back of my head is not even in length from left to right. I'm fully aware that the barber is capable of giving a good haircut as he did with the customer before me, but his chose not to control his temper. I felt disappointed and frustrated for a barber shop with such high rating on Google."
