"Needed a last minute nail app for biab and this place had space at half 4. I booked in and noted if i could get a removal for previous nails in the notes as i couldn’t find the removal service on the list i then got told it wasn’t possible and that i couldn’t be fit in for both on the same day which was fair so i didn’t show up, i then got charged the £25 for not showing up when i had been told the services couldn’t be offered on the same day. i respect businesses and would fully understand to charge if i hadn’t shown up but i hadn’t shown due to being told it couldn’t be done. i then took it up with the page on instagram and they were very unprofessional, argumentative and not trying to help me with a resolution apart from rebooking and i’m not sure why i would want to rebook with a place who are only interested in money / greed. AVOID at all costs"

Nail girls are so lovely and do such a fab job, get the lash lift and the results are incredible and don't get me started on the massage, so relaxing and everyone is just generally dead bubbly and friendly. Not a bother asking for help booking also the girls are so helpful and lovely! New fav place!"
