"What can I say, my visit from start to finish was brilliant. The salon is lovely with a friendly welcoming atmosphere helping you relax as soon as you walk through the door. This was my first visit and straight away got a good vibe before even sitting int the chair. Sophie looked after me today for a cut and colour and completely understood what I wanted to do but added her own sprinkle of visionary magic to explain what she was going to do to bring my hair back to life. The banter was top class and after care advice very much welcome to keep my lush locks looking so good. I walked out at the end of my appointment looking and feeling Pinterest worthy. "Had my first app at the salon yesterday and thrilled with the results. I had my app with Hannah and she was so attentive and talked me through all my options for what I was looking to achieve colour wise. Hannah also gave me tips and explained etc how I can make my colour last - this was a bonus especially with red hair! Didn’t feel rushed at all (which I have had with salons in the past) and all staff really lovely! Was asked throughout my app if I was happy with how it was looking which I really appreciated too! Sophie is not only excellent at her job but she is bubbly, warm and really pays so much attention to what you want. I was originally meant to be in with another stylist who was unfortunately unwell that day and instead of cancelling Sophie offered to have me in at a different time on the same day! She was so accommodating and you can tell she really takes pride in her work. Thank you so much Sophie! I absolutely love my hair.
