"Got what I went in for but felt for the employees in there, the store was very very cold. No heating I assume. I'm lucky I could go elsewhere to get warm. Wouldn't like to of stayed in there all day with the temperature it was."
"I know customer service can be difficult to reach 100%. But some places just dont make an effort. Sport Direct Gravesend is one of those that doesn't seen to care if I spend my money there or in a competition company. Although that today is Sunday, I went to the gym around the Sport Drect Shop in Gravesend and forget my trainers. So I decided to pop in and pick up a new pair that I've checked before get to swet. The Sport Direct Website said it closes at 16hrs on Sundays. I showed up at the door at 15.51hrs, I already knew what I wanted and I'd not take more than 3 minutes to pick up and pay for that product. However, one the staffs' refused to let me in and had half a door closed. Although that tried to explain the situation, he didn't seemed to be interested and said that that I wasn't going to be served. I too would appreciate to get home earlier on a Sunday. But under the circumstances I was confident that I'd not interfere in the process to make them get home earlier. Since the staff turned from a dry, unsportive and direct aptitude to a rude, I decided to turn around and make my protest online. After all, I'm the customer. If I'm not feeling welcomed by a company, I take my business elsewhere. And that is exactly what I'm going to do to this company. SPORTS DIRECT, you just lost a customer who will not measure effort to customers out of your store. I hope this email make you rethink on your customers, as I'm confirmar there are others in the same shoes as me. Regards,"
"Some great bargains in this store and the girl on the till was lovely and friendly. The shops a lot bigger than you think, with a great variety of clothes and footwear."
"Awful, rude, miserable staff. One person on the tills on a busy Sunday lunchtime. Left my husband in the queue while I mooched, he hadn't got any further 5 minutes later but the queue had grown. I went and asked two members of staff who were chatting if they could open another till. They were very dismissive, one snapped staff had been radioed already so I needn't worry. When we finally got served the girl couldn't string two words together, make eye contact or be polite. I had to say something, such disgusting behaviour when there are so many people looking for work. Avoid if you are after anything resembling a service, good or otherwise."
