"Best hairdressers in town. Friendly staff who are happy to advise you if you have a dilemma with your hair."
"Always friendly and cheerful all of the time. Myself my Son and my grandson's for many years. Definitely 5 star."
"For the first time I had my hair cut here was excellent. I can recommend this salon and staff most helpful as I am disabled and have anxiety issues ."
"I've only been to this salon twice the 1st time was with my then 10 year old daughter and the 2nd was with my 13 year old daughter and both times I've no complaints. The 2nd time I had to phone and book an appointment due to covid but I got an appointment for a few days later at a time to suit me. The staff are all very nice and chatty. I'm not 100% sure who we had the 1st time but the 2nd time the hairdressers name was Jackie and she was lovely very chatty and lovely mannered. On leaving the salon I got 1 of there cards and got jackie to put her name on the back so next time I can ask for her again. Great salon spotless' friendly and very comfortable defo recommend."
"Honestly, I've been to this place a few times over my adult life as I used to go when I was younger, however yesterday was the worst experience to date... They asked me what I wanted and even looked at another customer's hair to reference after I showed them a picture(His fringe was long, longer than what they did to mine), I have no idea who did my hair but they cut my fringe way too short and started to be heavily critical of my damaged hair throughout my visit, which made me feel very uncomfortable, even after the conversation was dropped they'd come back to the same topic! I had to grit my teeth even after my haircut was done which was way shorter than I like my hair to be! I couldn't style it before and I couldn't style it now not the way I want to anyways or at all by looks of it. It's actually such a terrible job that I was in tears to my grandmother, because of how bad it looked, I even referred to myself as a cancer patient slowly recovering my hair. I felt humiliation beyond what I've ever felt in my entire life. I was left heavily critiquing my own hair and how it looked even stating I'd rather wear a wig than see this hideous haircut! Any other day they get it right, that one experience has put me right off! I don't know who that was that cut my hair but, honestly getting it wrong to the point of making a customer have an emotional breakdown in front of their own family and to refer to themselves as a cancer patient because of one experience is a step too far in my book. Out of kindness when another asked "It looks much better don't it?" I just grit my teeth and humoured them, actually it looks way worse in my eyes. Waste of £18! Ever! You pay for what you ask, yeah well I never asked to look like a cancer patient or Jamie Lee Curtis now did I? Makes me wonder why people would rather do their own hair than have some person who clearly doesn't take into account the style they want. It's beyond ridiculous at this point. Now it's going to take months to correct their costly mistake!"
