"I am a fully qualified waxing specialist and am shocked and absolutely disgusted to see the state the staff here have left their last client of yesterday in. Wax residue all over him. Waxed over the same spot continuously. No pre or after wax lotion? No cleaning of the surrounding areas? Absolutely horrible state to be left in and I can absolutely guarantee whoever done it needs a refresher course in waxing because the state she’s left her customer in is shocking. She has missed bits that anyone could notice which suggests she just wanted home since she specifically said she’s away home after him. She’s left wax residue all over him which any professional knows is not on. She’s waxed in the wrong direction which is blazing ly obvious given the state every single hair follicle on his back is on. If you’re self conscious about body hair do not go here to get waxed because they are not giving g out the right experience at all and the girl who did this should be ashamed of herself. I will be contacting this salon directly for copies of the girl in questions insurance, qualifications and certifications to practice legally as a fully qualified waxer. I will also be contacting the NHBF and will be reporting this as it is absolutely not on to leave someone in the state she did. Also FYI his long hair did not cause bruising. YOU caused bruising and if the hair was that long anyone who was a “professional “ would have known to trim it down before waxing it. You haven’t followed proper protocol and have in turn left a customer highly self conscious, in more pain than was EVER necessary. He doesn’t even want to take pictures of what you’ve done to him because he’s so self conscious. Shocked and disgusted."
