"I ordered a new dining table and chairs from Richard F Mackay, and I also bought a new sofa at the same time; because I couldn't decide which items I wanted to purchase, I made several trips to the store. I dealt with Jason, who was very patient and incredibly helpful during my visits, answering my countless questions as I asked them. Shortly before delivery, it came to light that there was a small problem with my order, but Jason immediately took ownership of this, and he rectified the issue within a few days (these things happen, but Jason was on the ball with resolving the issue, and I'm delighted at his proactive handling of it).
