"Not happy. Turned up for appointment made weeks before and I had been passed to another nail tech that I didn’t book. Was not happy with manicure at all. Rough terrible finish. Emailed to complain which has been ignored. Manicure chipped in less than a week to add insult to injury. Waste of £25 that I had pushed the boat out to enjoy nice nails for Christmas. Won’t be back."
