"Really disappointed in this salon. I understand businesses need to have protection for no shows, however I informed the salon first thing in the morning that I wouldn't make my appointment later that evening due to a nasty sickness bug that came on during the night. The salon replied super short, with no offer of a re-schedule etc, stating that i would still be charged anyway. When i expressed my disappointment at this they just stopped answering my messages. I tried to phone several times to speak to someone but voicemail every time. Will never use this salon again. It was almost as if they were pleased to lose the appointment but still get their money anyway. Absolutely abysmal customer service."
