"So I’d seen Kangoo boots before but hadn’t really looked into what they were for until March 2020 when I saw a post on FaceBook from Agnese offering a class local to where I live. I dragged along a friend who I thought would enjoy it to give it a go. I’d checked beforehand that I would be ok to take part as I have an injury to my ankle, but the boots and springs really do take out the impact of any jumping. Well what can I say, its a fab class, as energetic as you want really, burns loads of calories, its exercising to music but its actually fun and I don’t think I stopped smiling throughout, even though I was concentrating a lot. Unfortunately Lockdown then hit and I didn’t get to go back again until July. The classes were able to be held outside in the park on the warm evenings and it was great. Occasionally there was a few people that would stop and watch us whilst walking their dogs. Then dark and winter struck and luckily Agnese was able to get a hall inside and again classes started again. I was still enjoying and still smiling so I’ve now decided to purchase my own personal Kangoo Jump Boots and bag. I can’t wait to get back to classes again in December hopefully. Although sometimes I may not be smiling on the outside as I’m concentrating so much I’m certainly smiling inside. Its the only exercise class I’ve done where I actually smile and I exercise daily doing a variety of gym classes. Thankyou I would highly recommend giving Kangoo Jumps a chance, your fitness will certainly improve. Am looking forward to doing more moves and learning what more you can achieve with Kangoo Boots."
