"Don't try to return items bought online to this store, they are very rude and they will send you off. First that my order was bought online and paid via PayPal, the store attendant poorly trained keep telling me I bought the order using gift card which I didn't. Second when they hear you mentioning PayPal he told me to find another store or return it online and just like that I was send off. They do not care you came from far away to attempt a return in store as described in Nike's website. Non sense!"

"Not sure where the hate is coming from. The two ladies that attended me were very lovely and patient. Much more responsive and knowledgeable than their counterparts in other branches. One of the lads there also shared some interesting insights while I waited for a friend. Only downside is that they’ve removed the Jordan section - but hopefully they can accommodate down the line. But that’s more of corporate’s decision and wouldn’t fault the helpful staff."
