"I know that working in retail isn't easy, especially on the busiest retail street in the UK, but the staff here are so miserable. Are they just there to look pretty in Athleisure? This lass getting my shoes with a right face on lol. I was left thinking 'why the attitude??' Is it because my face doesn't fit? Seems like it from reviews. Am I not worthy enough for good customer service lol? Not even a "hello" or "How can I help you?" Could clearly see I was looking at shoes. Service in here sucks. Asics, you make great shoes but the staff here ain't repping the brand well at all lol. Go to Up and Running and buy Asics from them. Got 1st class service there."

"Poor / lacklustre service. Would have appreciated more guidance with helping me to find the right pair of running shoes for me. Staff weren’t bothered. I regret the purchase I ended up making. **Update - shoes have ended up giving me blisters as they are too narrow for my feet. Refund/exchange for a fitting pair refused by manager of the store (man with dark hair), again in a highly unpleasant manner. Do yourself a favour and go to a running shop with more enthusiastic / helpful staff who will help you find the right fit."

"Ordered a pair of trainers online which were the wrong size and reordered a new pair. Have now been waiting 2 weeks for ASICS to assist in allowing me to return the original pair. Customer services line is always offline due to “exceptional circumstances”. Incredibly slow customer service which completely contradicts the statements on their website with regards to a flexible returns policy. Would not order from here again."
