"I bought a mug with decoration, which was described as dishwasher proof. It was washed twice and the decoration is peeling off. I have phoned, left messages and nobody replies. The item is not fit for purpose, as described. I would like a refund or exchange . This is appalling customer service from an international supplier. Very disappointing. I could not recommend."

"The staff was exceptional and very kind. I am rating this shop 4/5 stars due to lack of available inventory in certain sizes. It was very hard to find Small and Medium Men's Polos and Shirts in this shop. I can only assume this has to do with demand and supply chain issues as of recent, but I believe they are letting potential customers walk away or spend less than what they are willing to due to lack of size availability at the time of my visit. In contrast, they do offer on-demand embroidery for towels and other garments sold in the shop, which I think is an absolutely delightful gift for the Tennis fan in your life. You pay and extra 5 and you can add initials in white, purple, or green to the edge of a towel or cap."

"Most of things are in good quality and nice. For example I bought a key ring for £5. On the other hand, for normal cotton T-shirt with Wimbledon logo, you will spend £32, and that is a much. I recommend to buy it on Aliexpress for 10$."

"The wearables are made with poor materials that do not survive constant use. The more permanent trinkets could serve as better momento dust-collectors if one does not happen to be a frequent visitor. Of course, the prices (given the poor quality) are targeted towards folks with deep pockets."
