"Great tobacconist I have been a customer for years. The staff are great they are very professional and friendly. I ordered from the pipe shop through the week and they were having difficulty with the post office so the staff phoned me and told me about the parcel will be sent the following day and fully refunded the delivery charge and sent me free goods. No other tobacconist online would do that so I will stay a customer always and totally recommend them ti everyone."
