"I bought exactly what I needed and have been looking for. My loose change purse was worn out and the zip broke a few days ago so I hunted high and low for a decent replacement. I found exactly what I was looking for and we fell in love immediately. The gorgeous sales lady, with the incredible acrylic nails served me, and I left feeling totally satisfied. I'm sure I will visit this store again soon as I want to have a better look around and I also want to see those nails again."
"This store is an embarrassment to the values that Jack Wolfskin proclaims to portray. Accusing customers of sabotaging their own garments in order to attain a refund is frankly offensive. I am intrigued as to how one would replicate defective material through 'purposeful mechanical distress', and also how someone could possibly profit from the act of buying clothes, damaging them and then seeking a refund after six weeks. This store has completely disregarded their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act, and made slanderous allegations in public to a previously loyal customer, causing distress and embarrassment. We will pursue legal action on a matter of principle."
"I went to this store. As me and my boyfriend who is a person of colour was harassed and followed around the store on the basis that he had the potential to steal. He was asked several times if he needed assistance despite him refusing. We felt so uncomfortable we had to leave the store. We were continously approached by a person named "Gosia" which repeatedly asked if he was going to buy the jacket he was trying on. She did this whilst there was other coincidentally white customers around the store doing the same thing we were, but none of them were approached. We will never be shopping here again, I hope other customers do the same."
