"The Owner is a decent man who knows more about Cricket and Cricket equipment than most Cricket Coaches. Prices for equipment is half of what they charge elsewhere. He is a Cricket Enthusiast and runs the shop for pleasure not profits."

"Just bought a brand-new £130 size 7 bat for my son and he's only used it for 3 overs and now there is damage. The owner refused to repair or refund the bat even though it was barely used. Flimsy quality. UPDATE: Hi, I was addressed by your assistant who claimed that such damage on a soft wood bat was normal even though it's barely been used. I would only expect such indents after using it for longer."
