"First visit. Highly anxious and phobic, even just making the call. Found the receptionist friendly and understanding. Appointment given for next day. Sophie (dental nurse) and Matt (B.D.S) we're very patient and understanding. Matt calmed my nerves so much I only needed one relaxtion/distraction technique instead of the usual 4! Huge deal for me. He explained each time before doing anything, and reassured me the whole time. After consultation he explained the course of treatment, options, and suggestions clearly and reassuringly. This is a brilliant team. I'm glad I went. Round 2 next."
"Absolute shambles. My and my family had been going to this practise for years. And each and everytime we went we were made to feel very low. It didn't matter what the issue was that we had, it was as if we were a burden. So now we have taken our custom to a dentist that actually wants to help and is nice to their customers. Someone with mr Campbell's attitude should not be allowed to be in this line of work."
