"Avoid this place ; unless you enjoy being treated as a mug. Booked my motorcycle in for an mot today for 3 pm; i was given this time as my mot had run out and legally i had to have a fixed appointment. I'm self employed and took the afternoon for this appointment; i also had a 50 mile round trip to keep this appointment. I arrived on time and 'booked in' i was then informed they couldn't do me today as they were too busy; i explained i had come from Kilcreggan ; this didn't 'cut any ice' and was basically in so many words ;told tough ;they had my phone number and never bothered to let me know. Because of this i now have a bike without a valid mot; i have had to cancel plans to go away for the weekend because of their lack of planning. I will never use this garage again and willing be advising my biker friends to give it a miss; i understand things can get busy at times; but i was hardly given an apology or offered another appointment ; this shambles has cost me time off work for a wasted journey plus a gallon of liquid gold to get there; i have given 1 star but only because it wont let me give 0 stars."

They sorted me out with my vehicle in 1 day, at a very fair price. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. Real folks, with real heart. Five stars are not enough."
