"We visited the store to buy ski gear and as we had never been skiing before, we needed advice on clothing/equipment etc.. I have to say, I found the staff, especially Shaun, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient and kind and working in retail myself, i have to say how impressed I was with the customer service.
