"I had been a patient here since the day I was born with Mrs Mcloud. I had recent work done including fitting a denture.. Stewart took several- at least 3 appointment to fit the denture and kept blaming the place that made them. I had to keep asking for time off work and my manger was getting annoyed at it but it didn't matter. I missed one appointment and missed one or two phone calls and I was told Debbie and Stewart made the decision to stop providing me health care because they couldn't contact me. I had recently lost my job but when I phoned to tell Stewart this and to remind him that he had took several appointments just to fit my denture he said he didn't care and I was to find a new dentist. I will add I did owe a balance of 50 and Debbie did let me "pay up" my balance but I just think after 30 years of being at this practice old and new service (years of them with Debbie I might add) I think the treatment at the end was hell of a harsh and I'm disappointed. I do thin they're an excellent dentist but again my treatment was very harsh"
